Roof repair in Rusk, TX. Leaks don't wait. Neither do we.

Justin and his team were outstanding. It is refreshing to have a great experience with a family owned business that provides transparent processes, outstanding work, and honors their word. Stay away from the big box companies and go with Tyler Roof Repair.

My 5-year-old roof has leaked since day one, then Justin with Tyler Roof Repair shows up with his ladder, tools, and enough to know-how to fix the real issue on the spot. I'm an old gal who's been in corporate a long time, so finding a guy as professional, honest, and respectful as Justin, who clearly takes pride in his work through real craftsmanship, is like finding GOLD. If you want someone who shows up and tells the truth, and actually FIXES THE PROBLEM instead of inventing new ones, this is the only roofing repair company you'll ever need. I'm grateful I found him, he's my forever roofing guy now, and I've already recommended him to friends and family.

I called Tyler Roof Repair to come out and check my roof. We had shingles that had come loose. Justin came out same day, fixed it quickly and explained everything thoroughly. I highly recommend this roofing company. They will be added to my contacts in my phone for future roofing needs. Thanks again Justin!

Tyler Roof Repair arrived promptly after notifying they were on their way. The repair was professionally done in the time allotted and looked great. Justin made sure all debris was cleaned up.

This company is very customer service friendly and knowledgeable of their business. They made my first time roof and gutter replacement a much more pleasant experience. No heavy sales push, honest, fair pricing, lots of great advice, fast and thorough work. They will continue to be my go to for any future roof needs. I made an excellent choice and highly recommend them! Thanks to Justin and his crew!

Justin is considerate, understanding and easy to talk. He comes on time and fix my roof perfectly as new. If you live in Tyler and have roof issues, I recommend Tyler Roof Repair.

Justin was very accommodating And conscientious about getting the roof repaired before the rain came. He was prompt, professional, and very reasonable in pricing. The roof looks good and I am extremely pleased with his work. Will definitely use Justin in the future if the occasion arises.

Note: they also do roof installations, not just repairs. It was the weekend when I found their information online, so I filled out the request form on their website to have them call me during regular business hours. They promptly responded on Monday, provided me with a written quote the same day, and were able to get me scheduled in by the end of the same week. Very polite, professional, and on time. Turns out, I only needed some caulking around the chimney and some added roofing nails on some of the shingles. We just had a heavy rain, and everything seems to be as it should. I had previously had two other well-known roofing companies in the Tyler area come out and look at the same problem. Both said they couldn't be sure what the issue was, but if I basically agreed to $2500+ in repairs, it "might" fix it. It's important to note that one of those companies didn't even step foot on my roof because he didn't have the right shoes with him. And yet he was able to quote me. In the end, my roof is fixed for less than 1/5 of the lowest of the two quotes I received from others. I was very happy with Tyler Roof Repair, and will definitely be keeping them in mind when the time comes for a complete roof replacement. They are honest, reliable, and the communication and work were fantastic. Give them a call!

Glad I wen’t with this company for my roofing issues. They offered great services that were completed on time. And offered the best pricing for the services I needed. Highly recommend!

Justin did a great job for my 86 year old mom!! When we found a leak in her roof, he took care of it immediately. He was so kind and patient with her. His service was impeccable! Will be using him for all roofing issues in the future.

Excellent work, completed as agreed. Would highly recommend for any roofing work needed. Excellent clean up when job was finished.

We had a leak during a big storm at my elderly mother’s home, and Justin came out quickly to help. He was able to identify exactly where the water was getting in and made the necessary repairs. He also did a thorough inspection of the whole roof and even leak-tested everything when he was finished to make sure it was fixed properly. Justin was very polite, professional, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. I really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. I would highly recommend him for any roof repair or even a full roof replacement.
